Eligible participants must be:
- Men and women, 20-60 years old
- Not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during course of study
- Not taking immunomodulatory medication
- Willing to wear a Fitbit monitor for 8 weeks
- Not currently using a Fitbit or a similar device with an idle alert feature
- Have regular access to internet or smartphone
Participants will be involved in 3-4 study visits depending on random group assignment. The first visit is about 60 minutes with visits 2 and 3 lasting about 2 hours. Visit 4 will last about 20 minutes. Study visits include questionnaires, 30-minute exercise sessions, pain perception testing, blood samples, and surveys.
